(Undated) — A Gaithersburg man is due in court in Aruba today in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner, of Bethesda. A judge is expected to decide whether authorities can continue to hold Gary Giordano.He claims Gardner vanished while they were snorkeling, but investigators suspect something sinister. The FBI searched Giordano’s home in Gaithersburg over the weekend. Gardner has been missing for two weeks, and is presumed dead.
