(Undated) — The California-based restaurant chain, IHOP, has filed another lawsuit against the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Missouri. The “Kansas City Star” says the restaurant dismissed a similar trademark infringement suit in Los Angeles five months ago. The restaurant began as the International House of Pancakes and began using the initials in 1973.
