ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!!!!

Well, the public is, but some of the players in the NFL are not.  Case in point – Seven Time NFL Pro-Bowler Trent Williams who is in this third year of a $66 Million Dollar contract that he agreed to and signed, now wants more money!!

Williams did not show for the Washington Football Team Mandatory Training Camp that started yesterday.

When his contract was signed 3 years ago, it made him the highest paid tackle in the NFL, now after other player have signed new contracts, it makes him the 4th highest paid tackle in the league.

COACH JAY GRUDEN:  “We have been talking to Trent a little bit here and there,” “As far as holding out for whatever reasons, that is between Trent and (Senior VP of Football Operations) Eric (Schaffer) and (GM) Bruce (Allen). Hopefully, we’ll get it all situated soon and get him back here.”

Williams is still recovering from offseason surgery in which he had a growth removed from his scalp, so he would not have participated on Tuesday according to Gruden.
