Best Buy store in Union Square in New York City...

Best Buy stopped selling CDs in stores nationwide July 1st.

The company’s decision may be due to a decline in physical sales. It’s been reported that entertainment sales at Best Buy dropped nearly 15% last year. That’s including music, games, and movies.

Good news to those who still like a hard copy of their music – Best Buy will still carry vinyl records for at least the next two years.
