The name Nikolas Cruz was not known to the entire world until yesterday!!
Nikolas Cruz – a 19 year old High School Student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
This 19 year old had a troubled pass, had trouble in school with students and teachers, and then losing both of his parents – somehow it all came to a boil yesterday.
Early in the school day, he came to school armed with an AR-15 rifle and hand guns. It’s obvious he had carefully planned this massacre, because he knew how to get the students out of class into the hallways. He pulled the fire alarm and students rushed out of classed thinking it was a fire drill.
That’s when Cruz began his massacre. He killed 17 students and wounded 15 more. This was the deadliest school shooting in the United States in the last five years.

“Our district is in a tremendous state of grief and sorrow,” said Robert Runcie, superintendent of the school district in Parkland, about an hour’s drive north of Miami. “It is a horrible day for us.”
Authorities offered no immediate details about Cruz or his possible motive, except to say that he had been kicked out of the high school, which has about 3,000 students. Students who knew him described a volatile teenager whose strange behavior had caused others to end friendships with him.
Jim Lewis is his adoptive parent said the family is devastated and didn’t see this coming. They are cooperating with authorities, he said.
Nikolas Cruz escaped the school grounds because he ran out of the school in the midst of all the students – it’s called Blending In.
Cruz was taken into custody without a fight about an hour after the shooting in a residential neighborhood about a mile away. He had multiple magazines of ammunition.
