United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz apologized for the horrible incident of a passenger being dragged off an airplane and said he “felt ashamed” of the whole incident.

Munoz promised that the incident wouldn’t happen again and has decided to do something about it.

He said that everybody on the United Express Flight 3411 will get a full refund.  “All customers on Flight 3411 from Sunday, April 9, are receiving compensation for the cost of their tickets.”

So if you were on that flight, you’ve got a full refund coming your way.

But the Dr. who was violently dragged off the flight has already contacted his lawyers and they are already at work.
