While the world has lost some famous and influential people already in 2017, one of the biggest names we lost was Bishop Eddie Long, the Pastor at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, Georgia, right outside of Atlanta.
Even after all the controversy surrounding Bishop Eddie Long, his wife Vanessa said that he is resting with God in a Better Place.

“I am confidant through my belief in God that my husband is now resting in a better place,” said Long’s wife, Vanessa. “Although his transition leaves a void for those of us who loved him dearly, we can celebrate and be happy for him, knowing he’s at peace.” “God is still raising you up to set the captives free, subdue nations and affect the culture!”
