Aretha Franklin — known around the world as the Queen of Soul has told a Detroit TV station that she is retiring in this year of 2017.
The Queen of Soul said that she will do one more album; mainly produced by Stevie Wonder.

Now the question is: what does “retire” mean for Aretha Franklin – the lifelong Queen of Soul? Many in the music industry doesn’t believe that Aretha is finished, including the Record Mogul Clive Davis, who executive produced many of her albums. He just believes that “retire” for Aretha means not doing any more tours. He says riding on the bus for long periods of time takes a told on the body and Aretha is one that does not fly; every trip across the country is on a tour bus.
She said that 2017 will be her last concert.
