June 17, 2015 was a dark day in Black America, a dark day in Religious America and a dark day in the history of the American people.
That’s the day White Supremacist Dylan Roof walked into Emmanuel AME in Charleston, SC and brutally murdered 9 African American Worshipers at a Bible Study.
Yesterday and federal jury convicted Dylan Roof on all 33 counts; and the same Jurors will decide the next phase of the trial and the next phase of Roof’s life; Life in Prison or Death.
It is certain that we will never see this admitted murderer on the streets ever again.
The one question I have always wanted to get an answer to is: Since Dylan Roof admitted to the crime, why was there a trial?
