Tuesday’s frigid cold makes it a tough day to lose power, but that’s what’s happened to about 80 customers in the Upper Marlboro, Maryland area.
PEPCO reported at about 7 a.m. that more than 80 customers are without electricity in that area because of a downed wire. It says power should be restored by about 8 a.m.
Meantime, Prince George’s County School employees who work at the Sasscer Administration Building are affected by the outage, and should report to work at 9 a.m.
