(Spotsylvania County, VA) — Authorities in Spotsylvania County say a firefighter, Justin Baber, raped a 13-year-old girl in his official Chancellor Volunteer Fire Department Vehicle. The sheriff’s office says Baber admitted to having an encounter with the girl but has a different account regarding the rape allegations. He was being held without bond.
