(Undated) — Hundreds of thousands of people in the area are waking up this morning the same way they went to bed — in the dark. Pepco says well over 184-thousand customers in DC and suburban Maryland are in the dark thanks to last night’s snowstorm that knocked down tree limbs and power lines. It’s a similar story everywhere else you go, too. Dominion Electric says nearly 115-thousand customers in northern Virginia are still without power. BG&E has over 100-thousand customers in the dark — half of those are in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties.
