Beyonce Knowles has done a lot in her short lifetime!! She has recorded a lot of good music, has done a lot of great videos, but she took one photo that made history!!!
She was the first Black to appear on the Cover of VOGUE MAGAZINE!! That photo made history on two fronts; not only was she the first Black on the cover, but the photographer – 23 year old Tyler Mitchell was the first Black to Shoot the Cover of VOGUE.
Now the 23 year old photographer has announced that the The Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery is acquiring the history-making photograph of Beyoncé.
The photograph comes from the September 2018 issue of Vogue,.
