A year ago, “Mike London” was an assistant head coach at The University of Maryland College Park. He was coaching Big Time College Football, but he applied to be the head coach at a smaller school that had only won 3 games in 2 years.
When London took the job, he created a phrase “Mission Possible” even if at times when the mission didn’t seem possible and especially not in his first season as head coach.
Howard went into The University of Nevada Las Vegas as a 45 point underdog, and came away with a 43-40 win over the Running Rebels.
Led by “Caylin Newton” – a name you may not know, and if you didn’t know, he is the brother of Carolina Panthers Quarterback “Cam Newton.”

In Las Vegas, a betting town; had a line on the betting that if you had bet $100, you would have been paid $50,000.
Howard University was also paid $600,000 for the honor of actually playing UNLV.
