A Greenbelt, Maryland couple – Antoine Petty, 32 and Geneice Petty, 24 have both been arrested in the death of their 3 month old baby. The baby was last seen with his mother on September 22nd in Greenbelt, but just reported the baby missing on October 16th.
The father Antoine admitted he assaulted his son and it was determined that that was resulted in the infant’s death. Both parents under questioning admitted to burying the boys body and did lead Police to a grave in Riverdale.
Antoine Petty has been charged with murder in the first and second degree, among other charges. Geneice has been charged with being an accessory after the fact. Both parents are in custody.
