A 4-year-old Prince George’s County girl was dropped off a School Bus at the wrong bus stop all alone.
The bus stop when she was dropped off was about a mile from her original stop when her mother Christal Lawson was there waiting. The Mother said when the bus pulled up and her daughter was not on it, she was told that she was at the last stop about a mile back.
The Mother said she found her daughter right near the stop where she was dropped off!!
Prince George’s County Public Schools spokesman Raven Hill says pre-kindergarten students aren’t allowed to leave the bus unless a guardian is physically present to pick them up; otherwise the bus must remain until someone shows up.
This case is under heavy review; and I’m sure disciplinary action will be taken.
