Two federal courts sided with voting rights advocates over Texas and Wisconsin voter ID laws. The rulings will permit residents in those states who don't have proper ID to vote in November.

In a 5-3 vote, the justices struck down an anti-abortion law that was responsible for shutting down dozens of clinics across the state of Texas.

The decision in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt means a lower court's decision to uphold the law has been reversed.

According to reports, the two girls were already shot by the time officers arrived.
