Vickie Winans to Host BET Comedy Series — Legendary recording artist Vickie Winans has signed on to host BET’s new comedy series A Time To Laugh. The new show will focus on clean comedy from Winans and other G-rated comedians while highlighting inspirational music. The series is set for a January 2010 debut.
