President Obamas Special White House Guest

(Washington)-President Obama welcomes Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper to the White House today.  The two are expected to discuss what could be a major border/trade deal.  It would be aimed at easing the flow of goods and people across the northern border.  It would also beef up perimeter security.
