WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE STATE OF VIRGINIA!!!!! Politician & Students “OUT OF CONTROL”!!!
In Bedford County, Virginia, which is if you didn’t know is close to Martinsville, Va., several High School students took photo’s of themselves displaying Confederate flags while at school.
The incident took place during Jefferson Forest High School’s “Country vs. Country Club” spirit day.
The photo’s were loaded to Snapchat and then uploaded to Facebook.
Now school officials have found themselves on the Defensive end and not sure what to do, since the flag is legal.
A parent saw the photo’s and filed a complaint, and the Bedford County Schools promised to work to create a climate where everyone feels welcome!!!
Now the statement made by the County School Board did not specify whether any actions would be take and did not include any type of apology, nor did it mention any discipline.
Honestly, after this incident, I don’t think anything can be said or done to make all students feel welcome!!!
