You may have heard the name “Chuck Barris” on you TV at some point; and the reason you have is because he created some game show giants. Chuck Barris created “The Dating Game” in 1966 and it was hosted by Jim Lange. Some celebrities who appeared on “The Dating Game” – were Michael Jackson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steve Martin and Farrah Fawcett from “Charlie’s Angels.
He also created “The Newylwed Game, and The Gong Show – which he hosted!!
Barris also created ”The Parent Game,” ”The Family Game” and even “The Game Game.”
According to his family; Chuck Barris died of natural causes.
