Last Thanksgiving, Patti LaBelle took over the country with her sweet potato pies, and now she’s about to take over TV with them thanks to her new cooking showAccording to Philly.comPatti LaBelle’s Place consists of six-episodes and will debut on the Cooking Channel at 11 a.m. Dec. 3.

And trust: It’s going to be LIT.

In each episode, she will be joined by celebrity guests, including rapper 50 Cent, Gayle King, Kirk Franklin and Erica Campbell, Naturi Naughton, Estelle, J.R. Smith, Carla Hall, Joe Zee, Ta’Rhonda Jones, Kaitlin Doubleday, Lance Gross, Erica Campbell, and Jay Manuel. Look for them to help the 72-year-old singer whip up some of her signature dishes such as her secret homemade salad dressing recipe, yummy fried chicken and sauteéd green beans.

Not surprisingly, this isn’t Patti’s first run on the food-inspired network.

After the insane success of her Wal-Mart pies, (thanks to YouTube personality James Wright Chanel‘s lively review) LaBelle hosted two specials last winter: Patti LaBelle’s Holiday Pies and Patti LaBelle’s Place

LaBelle has another show cooking too.

She recently signed up to star in the upcoming VH1 series Daytime Divas where she’ll join Vanessa WilliamsTichina Arnold, La La Anthony, Tasha Smith and Eve. According to Hollywood Black Renaissance, the show is inspired by Star Jones 2011 book Satan’s Sisters and it captures daily fireworks that erupt between the five female co-hosts of fictitious long-running talk show entitled “The Lunch Hour.” LaBelle will play the “sharp-tongued, fabulous, prying” mother of William (Norm Lewis’ character).

We see you Patti! Congrats!
