(Prince William County, VA) — Prince William County Police are investigating the armed robbery of a man who had responded to an Internet “For Sale” ad. The 17-year-old victim told officers that he arranged to meet someone selling a pair of sneakers in the area of Hedges Run Drive in Lake Ridge and he got into a vehicle that was occupied by three men. One of the men pulled out a handgun and took the victim’s money and cell phone. All three suspects have been taken into custody and they are charged with robbery, abduction and the use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
