(Washington, DC) — Metro has announced it is selling a commemorative one-day pass to mark the opening of the new MLK Memorial next month. The pass will cost nine dollars and will feature an image of the new Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial. The special one-day pass is good for one day of unlimited Metrorail travel during weekdays or weekends. Riders can purchase the pass on Metro’s website, wmata.com, and at Metro sales offices.
