(Rockville, MD)  —  There was a packed house Tuesday for a public hearing on a proposed youth curfew in Montgomery County.  Teens and adults lined up to weigh in on the legislation, which requires everyone under 18 to be indoors by 11 p.m on week nights, and by midnight on weekends.  Many people pointed out studies prove teen curfews do nothing to reduce crime.  Others say a curfew will help keep everyone in the community safe.  The county council will take a final vote this fall.
