(Undated)  —  Belief in the Bible has begun to rebound over the past three years as unemployment climbed to over nine percent. says the simultaneous increase of unemployment and belief in the Bible may be coincidental but separate streams of data published by the Gallup organization and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics show a smaller percentage of Americans reject the divine origin of the Bible.  Between Gallup’s polls in May of 2008 and May of 2011, disbelief in the Bible dropped by five points from 22 percent to 17 percent.
