(Prince William County, VA) — A Prince William County Police officer is facing domestic violence charges. Twenty-five-year-old Charles Kincheloe is charged in connection with a Saturday incident in the 79-hundred block of Crescent Park Drive in Gainsville. Officer Kincheloe has been released on 15-hundred-dollars bond. His police powers have been suspended pending an internal investigation.
