(Washington, DC)  —  The parents of a DC student who allegedly brought crack cocaine to school were in court today for a child protective hearing. The ten-year-old has been in foster care since last Thursday, when several Thomson Elementary School students ingested the drug and ended up in the hospital.  Pending background checks, the child could be released to an aunt.  The parents are expected back in court tomorrow.
