(Washington, DC) -DC Mayor Vincent Gray says he has asked for, and received the resignation of his Chief of Staff. – Gerri Mason Hall stepped down before she was scheduled to testify on why some administration members were being paid salaries above the legal limit. Hall will be replaced by Paul Quander on an interim basis. The resignation comes after a DC Council report found that Mayor Vincent Gray was paying top political appointees some very high wages and the mayor cut some salaries.
