Colleges and Universities American University: Closed Monday.
Catholic University: Closed Monday.
Georgetown University: Closed Monday.
Howard University: Closed Monday.
Trinity University: Closed Monday.
University of the District of Columbia: Open Monday with liberal leave in effect.
George Washington University: Closed Monday.
Military and Government D.C. Government: Open on a one-hour delay. Superior Court open on emergency schedule.
Federal Government: Federal offices closed Monday.
Maryland
Public Schools Anne Arundel County: Schools closed Monday.
Calvert County Public Schools: Schools closed Monday; Code Red for 12-month employees.
Charles County Public Schools: Schools closed Monday; code red for employees.
Frederick County Public Schools: Schools closed Monday. Public hearing postponed until 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 16.
Howard County Public Schools: Closed Monday.
Montgomery County Public Schools: Schools closed Monday and Tuesday.
Prince George’s County Public Schools: Schools closed Monday. Emergency personnel report to work.
St. Mary’s County Public Schools: Schools closed Monday; Code 3 for employees.
Colleges and Universities Anne Arundel Community College: Closed Monday.
Bowie State University: Closed Monday.
College of Southern Maryland: Closed Monday.

City of Rockville Government: Thomas Farm, Lincoln Park and Twinbook community centers and Rockville Senior Center will open at 10 a.m. Monday. Recycling and refuse will not be collected Monday.
Calvert County: Government, courts and libraries closed Monday.
City of Gaithersburg: City facilities closed for public activities Monday. Liberal leave in effect.
Howard County: Court, libraries, senior centers and parks are closed Monday.
Montgomery County: Government is closed Monday except for essential personnel. Libraries, rec and community centers, liquor stores are closed. Solid Waste Transfer Station open. No county residential trash and recycling pickup. Parking enforcement remains suspended.
Prince George’s County: Open Monday with liberal leave.
St. Mary’s County: Open Monday. Liberal leave is in effect. County Landfill, Convenience centers, libraries, seniors centers and Ripple Center closed.
Andrews Air Force Base: Closed Monday except for Malcolm Grow Medical Center Emergency Services and dining facility.
