(Washington, DC)  —  DC’s Inspector General and other city officials are investigating a growing corruption scandal in the Vincent Gray administration.  The DC Council asked for the probe after fired city worker Sulaimon Brown claimed Mayor Gray promised him a six-figure job if he helped him get elected.  He also claims Gray staffers paid him thousands of dollars to launch attacks against Adrian Fenty during the mayoral campaign.  Mayor Gray denies the quid pro quo allegations.
