(Washington, DC) — Dozens of DC teachers should get their jobs back and receive back pay . That’s the ruling by an arbitrator in the case of 75 probationary instructors who were fired in July 2008 by then city schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee. The Washington Teachers’ Union will have more to say about the ruling this afternoon. DC Public Schools officials are readying a response.
