JONATHAN NELSON – Gospel Superstar checked in on “THE WINSTON CHANEY MORNING SHOW” on Tuesday to talk about a number of things.
First and foremost he talked about how he got into the business, going over his background and his days in Baltimore and Morgan State University.
He also talked about he his group “PURPOSE” did backup for every group that came in town to do a concert; how he began to write song and how some big name artist recorded his songs and put him on the map.

And lastly he shared how he felt to be apart of the 12TH ANNUAL SPIRIT OF PRAISE CONCERT” happening Saturday, October 5 at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in S.E. DC.
JONATHAN NELSON talked about how excited he was to feature a “REUNION” with his group “PURPOSE”. They haven’t sung together in over 5-6 years.
We are excited to have him on the SPIRIT OF PRAISE CONCERT but he says he’s more excited than we are!!! We extremely doubt that!!
