Baltimore to redevelop 17 acres of vacant city-owned land in Park Heights which will cost about $67.8 million.

According to FOX 45, City officials announced that The NHP Foundation will build 210 multi-family housing units and 78 detached single family homes on Park Heights Ave. This also includes park space, community gardens and “an urban plaza.”
