Last year the Washington Washington Football Team took a lot of heat for signing Reuben Foster, a player with a storied criminal past.  But they stuck with Foster and waited to see how process would play out in criminal court.

Well, charges against Reuben Foster were dropped and it seemed like the Washington Football Team gamble had paid off.

Foster came to his first Washington Football Team Camp ready to play football for his new team.  But as fate would have it, it didn’t work out just that easy.

Three plays. That’s all it took!

On a non-contact play, Reuben Foster who plays inside linebacker suffered a torn left ACL!!.

Foster had to be carted off the field and was in visible pain, pounding the field with his fist as team President Bruce Allen, head coach Jay Gruden and defensive coordinator Greg Manusky were among those huddled around Foster.

COACH JAY GRUDEN:  “I don’t know how to process it really,” “We’ve had some bad luck over here for the last couple years. This one here takes the cake because this was a non-contact drill and there was really no contact involved in it. He just landed funny. But, we have to move on.”

Reuben Foster out for the entire season – and maybe his career!!!
