KWANZAA – THE THIRD DAY – UJIMA OR COLLECTIVE WORK AND RESPONSIBILITY.
This date is the third day of Kwanzaa: The day focuses on Ujima, or collective work and responsibility.
The third principle is a commitment to active and informed togetherness on a subject of common interest. It also recognizes the need for collective work and struggle without which progress is impossible and liberation unthinkable.
