A scene that is familiar to the Golfing World re-occurred when “Tiger Woods” won another tournament!!
Wood won his first tournament in 5 years.
Wearing his iconic Sunday red shirt, after the last shot on 18, he just stood there and raised his arms as we’ve seen many many times before.
TIGER WOODS: “I can’t believe I pulled this off.”
He was overcome with emotion at the Trophy Presentation – a place that he’s been many many times before, but this time was the Tour Championship at East Lake.
Tiger Woods has had 4 back surgeries and two in six weeks apart, and didn’t know if he could or ever wood return to top Professional Play.
TIGER WOODS: “Just to be able to compete and play again this year, that’s a hell of a comeback,” he said.
It might be safe to say that this win brings a whole new meaning and version of Tigermania.
