Baltimore’s public library system called the Enoch Pratt Free Library becomes the first urban library system to eliminate fines on overdue books.
According to Fox 45, thousands of people have been blocked from returning to the library due to overdue fines and will have their fines forgiven.
The new policy will allow books and materials to renew the maximum amount of times and if 14 days past due, you may be billed for the replacement.
