A Virginia Death Row inmate is set to walk out of prison and go Free!!!!
According to The Richmond Times-Dispatch, a man named Joseph Giarratano is set to go free on December 20, 2017.
Here’s what happened, Joseph Giarratano was convicted in 1979 of rape and murder of a 15 year old Girl named Michelle Kline and her mother Tony Kline in Norfolk.

In 1991 — two days before his scheduled execution — Gov. L. Douglas Wilder commuted his sentence after questions were raised about his guilt. Last month, the Virginia State Parole Board approved his release.
