“Twitter” has admitted that their Customer Support Department inadvertently shut down Donald Trump’s account by mistake.
Twitter blamed “human error” for deactivating The President account for a few moments Thursday, temporarily silencing perhaps the most scrutinized social media feed on earth.
The account was closed for 11 minutes, but has been restored.
“Twitter”: We are continuing to investigate and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again.
