The United States Postal Service honored Dr. Dorothy Height with a forever stamp as a part of its Black Heritage Series. Height dubbed by President Barak Obama as “the Godmother of Civil Rights” and a past National President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority was honored in a dedication ceremony at Howard University, where the organization was founded.
