Former Washington quarterback Robert Griffin III has put his Loudoun County home on the market for $2.749 million, The Washington Post reports.

 Griffin, who signed a contract with the Cleveland Browns March 24, capping a tumultuous four-year tenure with Washington’s NFL team, purchased the home, in the luxury Creighton Farms golf course community in Aldie, for $2.5 million in 2013.

Bill Davis of the Bill Davis Team for Century 21 New Millennium is the listing agent, according to The Post. Davis said several potential buyers have already toured the house.

 Washington Coach Jay Gruden is one of the neighbors.
 Griffin acquired the Creighton Farms Drive home from Apex Custom Homes CEO W. Scott Prendergast. Apex built the 9,000-square-foot home, which comes with four baths, two half baths, a wet bar, elevator and, according to marketing data, a mudroom.

The property was appraised at roughly $1.8 million, according to county land records.
