Prison Preacher Payed Inmate For Oral Sex

NEW YORK-Frank DeTucci, a 70-year-old prison chaplain at the Queensboro Correctional Facility has admitted to paying an inmate to let him perform oral sex on him. The New York Daily News reports:

When questioned, DeTucci admitted that on July 5 he paid the same inmate $120 and $150 on two separate occasions to perform oral sex on him in the chaplain’s office at the minimum-security Long Island City facility.
