Black Majority “Slipping Away” In Chicago As Hispanics Rise

CHICAGO — Chicago’s Black population has plummeted, losing 17 percent, while the latino population has gained 25,000 people, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

2010 Census Response Rates Lagging
