Zion Baptist Church of Eastland Gardens is celebrating their 101st Church Anniversary and 3rd Pastoral Anniversary. Our Pastor is Keith D. Kitchen. Our Anniversary is September 27th through October 4th 2009. Our weekly services will have Bishop J. Douglas Wiley from Life Cathedral New Orleans Louisiana. Nightly services will be at 7:30pm. On Saturday October 3, 2009 we will have the Jubilee Majestic Concert Choir at 4pm. Our Finale Banquet will be on Sunday October 4, 2009 at 2pm at the Clarion Hotel located at 6400 Oxon Hill Rd. I enjoy hearing the word of God from fishermanofmenchurch on Sunday nights, but due to the limited time the full power of the word was not heard due to all the thank you Jesus and praise talk. I would love to heard the word and then the last portion of the show if possible be save for just praise that way I can hear the fullness of the word. Thank you and by all means keep transforming the inner man that the outer men will follow christ not man.

I so happened to tune into your broadcast recently this past Wednesday night around 8:45 pm or so, and heard a program that I never heard before, I assume it’s new, but it was very unique, I think it was something about “keeping it real” or something to that effect, but I was truly inspired because it was different then most broadcast on at night. They spoke on a variety of topics–scriptures, prayers, music, mini sermon, annoucements, etc–it was, I can’t explain–but just different–in a positive way. It was truly a blessing-it was change from the ordinary-like for young and old. Whoever and whatever this new ministry is, for me it’s beautiful, and I’m sure others will say the same if they hear this ministry. I want to say to “keeping it real” ministry–you’re only beginning, but already there’s an annointing there. Please continue on and don’t be or get discourage, God has a plan for this ministy. Keep up the blessed and good work.

(April 10, 2011 ~ 9:30 pm broadcast) Bishop L.T. Nichols’ message, “Say Amen!” was right on time! I enjoyed hearing a refreshing WORD by a mighty woman of God. That was a straight cut of the Word. It is good for what ails you. “You can have a mountaintop experience, if you don’t cop an attitude…” priceless!

God has heard our prayers!!!!!! The true gospel of Jesus Christ is being heard by the masses! Halelujah! Thank you Bishop L.T. for preaching until no doubt is left!

Saying-beautiful once again. I don’t have the opportunity to listen in because of travel, but when I do–I know the message is going to be anointed. This ministry truly inspires me-this past Wednesday when I did have the opportunity to listen-they had touched many hearts-people were calling them, I for one, just to talk with them or get pray-or whatever, because of the warm edification (enlightenment) the lord has laid on them-not thinking their better or holier, but just normal doing gods work. I am in Annapolis, Maryland. Let me say-the word tells us that you don’t have to say much, but it’s what you say that can truly have an anointing within and impact. I’ve listen to a lot of broadcast messages, etc.-but I really “feel” “Keeping it Real” ministries because for one–they are for real–you can hear it in their voices–they are truly men and women of god keeping it real–they’re not trying to be extra holy-not trying to cross every t, dot every i, pronounce every word–but just keeping it real with the word of god-professing from their heart as best they know how of our redeemer-but in truth because they always say when I hear them –”and the word tells us, and in the word it says” -and it’s beautiful. They speak on some many things–jobs, announcements, public service in helping-prayers, scriptures, mini sermon, and a variety of sounds of music-it’s not like everything has to be programmed or dictated to impress one audience-the overly sanctified. It doesn’t take alot of amens and Hallelujahs for everything–we know that “amen” means accepting and/or agreeing, and Hallelujah means the highest praise–some of the so called anointed and/or women and men of “god” are tooooo righteous for their own good-that’s sad. They think they are the only ones getting into heaven-beep–wake up call–or please don’t get it twisted-God have used many, many ordinary people, and a sinner just like me-who can best fulfill his purpose and plan. So that next time you’re in your car, home, or on the net-like me-try to pick up on these brothers and sisters of god. I’m sure you will receive something.

Brothers and sisters in Christ, please don’t let anything detour you from the work that’s prepared before you-you have my support-and keep up “not the good work”-because none is good–but keep up the prepared and anointed work that god has placed before you.

Each week I am amazed at the depth and power in the truth of God’s Word preached by Bishop L.T. Nichols. The harvest is so ripe & plentiful and this kind of teaching will definitely prepare those of us who are committed to laboring in it. Thank you, Bishop! We love you!
