(Arlington, VA)  —  A transit contractor for Arlington County has fired 35 of the 36 bus drivers who went on strike June 13th.  A statement from Forsythe Transportation said the drivers were fired for violating the “no strike” provision in their contract.  Forsythe says it easily replaced the 35 drivers, but the driver’s union has filed several objections with the National Labor Relations Board.
