Today, ANC 8E in Ward 8 will be hosting its first mayoral candidate forum of the year with almost all of the mayoral candidates but the current mayor Adrian Fenty expected to be in the house. As of press time, DC mayoral candidates Vincent Gray, Ernest Johnson, Leo Alexander, Sulamon Brown, Dennis Sobin, and Lyndon Walker have all confirmed attendance for the forum which will be held today at 6pm at the Paramount Baptist Church, 3924 4th St, SE.
While Vincent Gray, the current DC Council Chairman, has been the most popular candidate so far out of those running for the coveted position, all candidates present will allow citizens to ask them questions regarding why they are the best choice for mayor of the Nation’s Capital.
